Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients.
Graduating 10 years ago with a BSc in Sport Science & Coaching I set up CORE Fitness with a desire to get people fit and healthy.
Since then I have worked with a wide variety of people helping them achieve their goals.

The Fast Track to Fit
Health and Fitness is not only about what your body looks like on the outside, but also on the inside! Strength training wards off osteoporosis and aids fat loss.
A common question I get from women is 'Will weight lifting make me bulky?'
Absolutely not. The stereotypical 'bulky' female you see in the media has had a lifetime of training and taking a plethora of 'substances' for competition.
The reality is lifting weights is great for your health. It strengthens muscles and bone and aids fat loss.
The unique program I’ve developed will help burn calories and improve your overall health. A combination of strategic exercises and a healthy diet will have you in tip-top shape. Fat Loss is a journey but it is a lot easier with someone else taking it with you.
The fact is I have lived this journey as you can see from the picture. It is not easy and requires a great support network.
I can be that support network with 24/7 access through my in app messenger.
As an evidence based trainer with 3 years of training under my belt everything I do works.
The biggest part of the battle is nutrition. In my plans we educate you to make smarter food choices and give you the confidence to go it alone in the future.
The truth is that nutrition is easier than a lot of Insta-trainers would have you believe.
You do not have to cut out all the things you love or buy the most expensive supplements.
Let me teach you over the length of the course to have the knowledge to do this all yourself. You will not need me anymore. That's a promise.
